1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the EOC Professionals Group website and platform. By browsing the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use the platform
Platform accounts are for recruiting professionals and for client and candidate contacts we invite. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. Recruiter obligations
Recruiters working files on the platform agree to represent candidates honestly, to contact candidates and clients professionally and lawfully, to record submissions and activity accurately, and to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, and communications laws in the jurisdictions where they operate. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of EOC Pro Group, unless we have signed a separate written agreement saying otherwise.
4. Confidentiality
Candidate files, client information, job orders, and fee terms accessed through the platform are confidential. They may be used only to work the relevant placement and may not be copied, exported, resold, published, or shared with third parties. Access is logged. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of pending fee splits, in addition to any other remedy available to us or to the affected party.
5. Fees and splits
Placement fees are payable by client employers under separate fee agreements. Where a recruiter places a candidate on a job order sourced through the platform, the fee is split according to the terms shown on that job order at the time it is claimed. A recruiter's share becomes payable once the client has paid the corresponding invoice in full. If a client fails to pay, or if a placement falls within a guarantee period and the fee is refunded or reduced, the split is adjusted accordingly. There is no fee to create a recruiter account.
6. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, that any job order will be filled, that a placement will survive its guarantee period, or that any particular level of income will be earned by a recruiter. Any figures shown as examples are illustrative only.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes attempting to access data you are not authorised to see, scraping or bulk-exporting records, interfering with the platform's operation, uploading malicious code, sending unsolicited bulk messages through our integrations, or misrepresenting your identity or authority.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, branding, and written content are owned by EOC Professionals Group and are provided to you under a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for the purpose of using the service. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that automated matching, parsing, or verification output will be complete or correct. You remain responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EOC Professionals Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost placements arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fee splits paid or payable to you in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. Confidentiality obligations and any accrued fee-split entitlements survive termination.
12. Changes and contact
